- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You cannot share your account credentials with third parties.
- Each license is tied to a specific Hardware ID (HWID).
- You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
Prohibited Activities
- Sending unsolicited promotional materials (Spam).
- Using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists.
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or destructive code.
- Impersonating another person or entity (Spoofing).
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are strictly non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of 9Sender and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance with prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
